★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了高麗菜豬肉水餃,味道還可以,跟別家相比倒沒有特殊地方。但是一顆平均10元以上的價格,再加上過度的包裝(還有一個專用的塑膠袋),坦白講不太想買第二次,希望包裝簡單一點,台灣垃圾夠多了。希望用美味來贏取顧客,而不是加上沒用的包裝!
所以包裝扣一分、價格扣一分!

餃子皮較厚吃起來口感很好,Q彈有嚼勁
搭配鮮甜多汁的內餡讓人不禁一口接一口
不需沾醬就很好吃
而且內餡紮實又大顆
女生大概吃8、9顆左右就很有飽足感了

剛開始來到父初餃子還以為來到哪家正在休息的輕食店,水藍色裝潢、白漆的木椅、翠綠的植栽,乍看給人小清新的感覺,但其實這裡賣的只有「水餃」,按下門鈴,員工會親切的前來招呼,牆面有每個口味的價錢,直接告訴店員就可以一手交錢、一手帶水餃回家囉?

有時候懶人癌發作,想要來個簡單來個水餃和青菜,但又覺得水煮很無聊怎麼辦呢?
平時就很愛煮飯的我,發揮找食譜的功力,找到 @alanchannel 的「零失敗!日式煎餃」影片,立刻邊看邊學。
大略簡單寫一下食譜,懶得看字的可以去阿倫的頻道搜尋?煎餃。
1、先把冷凍水餃在平底鍋內擺好
2、加水到餃子一半的高度
3、以?強火?煮三分半
4、加一大匙油(影片是稍微淋一圈)繼續煮2分鐘
5、掀蓋轉?中火?煮2分鐘到水收乾(每個水餃大小不一,加的水量也是,我這邊有煮超過2分鐘,總之就是煮到沒有水為止)
6、水份收乾後再煎到上色(依個人喜好)即可起鍋
這個影片大大幫到我!以往要煎煎餃都要下一堆油(太可怕?最近很認真控制飲食),現在輕鬆就能把煎餃完成!這次煎得很成功,顏色很漂亮?

- 滾水煮餃子,是先加入大約一茶匙的鹽與些許橄欖油 / 香油,讓麵衣可以獲得些許調味之外,也能避免起鍋後沾黏導致整個餡外溢
- 下鍋時輕微攪拌避免黏底,重新煮滾後加入半杯水,重複兩次直到餃子呈現半透明飽滿翻滾的狀態就可以起鍋囉
- 個人偏好將水餃風乾放涼一陣子,讓外皮恢復Q彈緊緻才是最棒的口感啊?

- 熱鍋些許油,直接放入冷凍餃子(記得要留縫隙,稍微煎1分鐘左右,倒入加了香油與些許鹽調味的麵粉:水1:8,稍微淹過餃子1/3,就可以加蓋蒸6-7分鐘囉
