★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷秋刀魚香又入味，連骨頭都化啦～桃膠雪蓮子蠻特別的，日式台灣風味湯頭不錯吃。麵條比較偏軟一點。
The saury fragrance is delicious again, even the bones are melted~ The peach gum and snow lotus seeds are quite special, and the Japanese-Taiwan-style soup is delicious. The noodles are a bit softer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘很熱情。加麵可以吃飽，味道比較清淡，是可以湯汁喝完的拉麵。地獄拉麵適合想吃味道重一點但又不太敢吃辣的人。學生應該會很喜歡來這家。

桔醬豚骨拉麵，湯頭還不錯，整體算很可以。
小菜涼豆干表現算普通。
Hell tonkotsu ramen, moderately spicy, the noodles can be slightly softer, and I personally feel that there can be more than one or two pieces of meat.
Orange sauce tonkotsu ramen, the soup is not bad, the whole is OK.
The side dishes of jelly bean jelly are considered average.

湯頭是好喝的、比一般清淡但不會淡而無味。
麵體偏軟，剛好適合我xD
