炒牛肉很可以，唯一我吃到有露出笑容
調料真的有進步空間，個人感覺醬料沒特色，不是太鹹就是太甜。
涮牛肉吃的感覺很難用言語表達，我已經詞窮。好奇的可以自己花錢吃吃看，這個不能只有我吃到，?。

There is really room for improvement in the seasoning. Personally, I feel that the sauce is not distinctive, either too salty or too sweet.
The feeling of eating shabu-shabu is difficult to express in words, and I am at a loss for words. If you are curious, you can spend your own money to eat and see, I can't be the only one who eats this, ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第三次來到牛老總涮牛肉，前兩次分別是在台北、台中中港店，三次都是在不同的分店，也都事隔很久，吃完後的用餐體驗倒是如出一徹！
牛老總是國產溫體牛肉火鍋專賣店，並沒有很多品項，也沒有「順便」賣個羊肉、伊比利豬、美國安格斯、澳洲和牛之類的?；也是家火鍋專賣店，他們家的熱炒類不多，就是炒牛肉ㄧ項而已，只是稍做變化：蔥爆牛肉、洋蔥牛肉、芥蘭牛肉、苦瓜牛肉、黃瓜牛肉、泡菜牛肉?，堪稱品項選擇極少！
說到這裡，以為我不喜歡這家餐廳嗎？正好相反，我覺得他們家的東西很好吃，尤其喜歡熱炒類；以餐廳而言，環境服務都不錯，價格很實在，舉例來說600cc瓶裝金牌$70海尼根$100，回想起來，三次用餐感受皆是如此！
