醫師跟護理人員很溫柔,藥師也好親和,解說的很詳細,讓我覺得孩子們感冒,不是什麼大事,內心得到溫暖的力量。

今日到這裡打疫苗排隊,從下午排到晚上,不同的櫃臺護士小姐卻同樣的惡劣態度,真是物以類聚的好地方好診所啊,當下有很多人,的確一直問問題會讓人煩躁,但可以一次性大聲的回答許多問題,因為民眾的問題都大同小異,而櫃臺小姐永遠一個屎臉口氣又差 不要說老百姓不高興就不要去妳們的診所,反過來想,妳覺得很煩躁很累.妳不高興直接離職啊,不過妳也不敢啦,仗著人多以為真的可以保障自身安全? 我本身的精神就有問題,一直壓抑自己,如果不是進去之後遇到的女醫師一直好聲好氣苦勸我 我tm早就拿工具進去打死裡面的櫃臺小姐 不要以為可以一直囂張惡劣,等有一天遇到忍無可忍的民眾,怎麼死的都不知道

沒有評價說的那麼好,櫃檯服務普通,醫師普通,護理師普通,帶小朋友去打公費疫苗除了收掛號費150元外,每一針還要多收50元喔! 之前在其他小兒科打公費疫苗都只有收掛號費而已,沒聽過在收打針錢的

這邊醫師、藥師、量體溫(年輕的)態度都不錯,醫生看過之後,對症下藥也都還可以。 但櫃檯的掛號小姐真的不行,從電話到到現場,真的不知道惹到她哪裡,口氣非常不友善,能體諒上班的辛苦,但應該把氣出在客戶上嗎?診所名聲真的會被櫃檯玩壞….建議辭退櫃檯

目前為止我覺得最好的小兒科診所。昨天帶小朋友打預防針,櫃檯小姐、藥師、跟幫忙打預防針的護理師都很親切,而蘇主光醫生不只專業,更是細心跟耐心檢查跟回覆所有問題,也會提醒該注意的事情。環境也很好。 不知道是不是初診的關係,上次看診有很棒的體驗,跟這次完全不同。 昨天帶小孩打自費疫苗,櫃檯護理人員感覺不是很熟悉流程,幫忙量測小孩身高體重的護理人員更是誇張,先叫了我小孩的名字,然後馬上又叫一個要打COVID疫苗的人進去,幫小孩量體重跟頭圍時又掛心著要打COVID疫苗的人,然後把自己搞的很忙,最後才請要打COVID疫苗的人等一下,先幫我小孩量身長。誇張的部分是,量測時說頭圍是42.5,結果在寶寶手冊上寫45。 醫生用聽診器聽完,看完肚子就急著要我們去打針,我還有問題要問所以坐下來,才知道原來醫生連我小孩今天要打什麼針都不知道,更別說把量測紀錄輸入到電腦裡,然後一查生長曲線表才發現,量測護理人員把小孩頭圍填寫45,我跟我先生都說印象中聽到是說42.5,結果醫生也不想再重量確定一下,只問我們說:你確定齁? 最後看診完要打針等不到叫名字,等好久是我們自己去問才知道,自費不用等叫名字,直接去打就好。 我知道這間收費不便宜,但如果是第一次的看診體驗,就算貴我也可以接受。但這次的看診過程真的很誇張,之後不會再來了。
