在台中住了前前後後應該快20年了，第一次嘗試。
因為聽說有加鹼粉。加上看起來稀里呼嚕的像咖喱的顏色，但又不是咖喱，所以一直遲遲不敢嘗試。
最近不知哪根筋不對，想說是該來嚐嚐了…..
吃起來…………………
很不錯耶，其實很像大骨湯煮類似烏龍麵的麵條
加上裡面有菜脯、蝦米跟韭菜，然後加了點辣，很像是胡椒的辣
第一口就給我好印象，然後就……..
吃光光
