★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フルーツを漢方にも使われる甘草水に漬けたカットフルーツです。他にも同様の店がいくつかありますが、ルーツはよくわかりません。
こちらのグァバはフレッシュで柔らかく、甘草の甘みが相まって美味しかったです。カットフルーツは生ものですので鮮度が命ですが、みずみずしく古さは全く感じませんでした。
It is a cut fruit soaked in licorice water, which is also used in Chinese medicine. There are several other similar stores, but I'm not sure about their roots.
This guava was fresh and soft, and the sweetness of licorice combined to make it delicious. Since the cut fruit is raw, freshness is vital, but I didn't feel it was fresh and old at all.
