★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果是台北人在台中看到攤位是寫台北來的美食，那這樣他會吃嗎 ？? 這間魷魚羹湯可以在菜單上寫個“全” 字，那就會單給沒有粿肉漿的川燙魷魚。這魷魚條厚度佳，吃起來軟硬適中，唯獨因為魷魚本身是先川燙後撈起放旁邊避免煮過硬，要上桌前再丟進熱湯內稍加熱，口感上稍嫌溫溫不夠熱略微可惜！ 魷魚建議可沾些店家特製椒麻醬，其實這醬一點都不辣香氣略淡，不過沾點來吃是頗不錯的! 這焿湯頭是帶有沙茶風味，勾芡適中不會太稠，喝起來蠻順口。整體來說好喝，且價格公道，可以嚐嚐!
