福緣素食蔬食料理 - West District

關東煮(推南瓜湯頭8菜$70)與香椿炒飯$70都是必點。 曾經聽過老闆開玩笑說廚房用了10幾年，調味清淡的關係都不太需要清理牆面XD。雖然有點玩笑成份，但不得不說湯品類與調味都濃淡適宜，而且價錢平價、口味好吃。 建議電話叫餐，到店取餐才能節省寶貴時間。不然人手少得情況下會等得很心急，還有菜單都是重複使用，初次前往可能會看到塗塗抹抹的，都是店家環保的方式。

點了蔬菜煎餅和番茄湯，煎餅表面有焦脆的口感，麵條是個人偏好的黃麵，番茄湯裡的有四種蔬菜和杏鮑菇，味道適中。

推味增湯關東煮 可以加金針菇 而且菜頭非常入味?❤️ 會為了這道再去吃！ 燙地瓜葉也不錯 香椿炒飯跟水餃不是我的菜 （男友覺得餛飩很奇怪但我覺得在湯裡泡很久還不錯吃? 不過吃飯吃到一半看到隔壁桌姊弟小聲交談（每組客人距離約1公尺） 老闆居然走出來指著她們大罵 覺得蠻傻眼的 雖然疫情期間 但店家開放內用也不打算使用隔板的情況下 如果希望顧客用餐不交談可以柔性勸導 覺得當眾謾罵滿沒必要的：）

delicious vegetarian and vegan food ??

Has many different options: noodles, rice and soups. I really enjoyed the taro noodle soup I ordered. I will come again!

I’m a vegetarian from Singapore and I grew up being a vegetarian. Not sure if the way/style they cook here does not suit my palate, but I couldn’t finish the food here because the taste was unbearable. This is the first for me in TW; I find vegetarian food in TW generally great to begin with, stemming from the part that I was here for a university exchange program and stayed in TW for 5 months a few years ago and I found the vegetarian food in this country amazing as compared to my home country. The reviews on Google maps are usually accurate and seeing that this shop was rated 4.5 stars probably raised my expectations. I ordered the 麻酱面，香椿炒饭，宫保猴头菇 and a side dish comprising of tofu, hard tofu and kelp. - 麻酱面 was bland, but it was salvageable with soy sauce. - 香椿炒饭 was overpowering with too much 香椿 (this is the first time I try 香椿炒饭 here so to be fair, I am just not used to it). - 宫保猴头菇 — in my impression, “宫保”should be a dish fried with dried chilli and generally should be a dry dish consisting of only 猴头菇. But we were served with a dish that’s not spicy and it was filled with too much gravy and rice submerged in the gravy along with the 猴头菇. - Side dish — I’d give the tofus a borderline pass. However, the kelp was too hard i.e. it was not cooked long enough. But the shop owner was kind enough to refund us the money when I feedback about the kelp. They took the effort to explain that due to hygiene purpose, they can’t recook our kelp in the same pot since I have already started eating the dish. All in all, the food was not impressive but service provided and hygiene practice are good.

Simple, tasty and very cheap for that area. Lovely owners! Been dining there for years. If you read Chinese; you’ll enjoy life wisdom banners on the walls.
