秋刀內臟微苦、揉合冰糖燉煮、昇華為甘口~
好吃到想學會自己做來在家下酒吃
開胃小菜、明太子雞肉串、羊肉串、落葉雞翅都在水準上，很高興到訪這家店，會再訪。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾年後再次照訪，餐點更加美味了！真心不騙，感受得到師傅的用心，和風鱈魚肝第一口就驚艷，搭配洋蔥吃更加有層次感！招牌羊肉串微微騷味但是口感濃郁卻不油膩?肥腸嫩又脆烤的恰當好處！炙燒干貝入口即化、炙燒鮭魚很厚讓人滿足！其他沒拍照的餐點都先入嘴巴了?
