看過google評價後不信邪還是決定下單的報應 訂了三盒只有三分之一盒能用 這種瑕疵率根本沒有必要找售後解決了 我錢白花了可以再賺 但是商家啊浪費紙張和資源可是要遭天打雷劈的

Had a sticker printed by this company 健豪 during March/April time this yea 2019, made various international phone calls to the design and customer service department, spoke in Chinese with them, submitted both the pdf and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files as they requested, those employee were quite friendly and they tried to answer all my questions, however, I found out that there is no one in this company who can actually coordinate the project, I asked my relative who lives nearby, personally visited them to explain what we want, and every one said they understand what we want. they asked us to pay the full cost upfront and we did, we asked them to print one sample first for us to check, they said that they could not do that. By the end, we received the product of 15000 pieces, spent a lot of money shipped to USA and found out it was in-correct, very different than the file we sent to them. Whole thing was waisted. Called the customer service and they replied in email that it was within their tolerance. Don't know what they mean by tolerance? they asked us for a AI file, we provided a file of our design and they came out distorted and claim it was within their tolerance? We found another company to do the same job again, with lower cost and the other company has one person who handled the job smoothly and the result was exactly as the Adobe Illustrated file shows, - the same file as we used with 健豪, I don't blame those employee in this company but I believe the management is to blame, the way they run their business won't work. At least it did not work in our case and waisted a lot of our money, time and energy. Very disappointment.
