本人日前宏恩眼鏡美村店試配眼鏡,店員陳小姐(陳kana)在幫忙試配鏡片時似乎不熟練,把鏡片掉在地上3-4次,我把兩支眼鏡給她測量度數,我覺得整個服務的過程很不專業,講解的不夠仔細只想急著成交這筆交易。等要拿眼鏡的當天收到陳小姐的簡訊,她說剛剛要製作鏡片“才發現”我舊的鏡框是玻璃鏡片,之前迷迷糊糊忘了介紹鏡片的材質和我的需求,後來我致電給宏恩並跟另一位小姐說明既然今天陳小姐休假,那麻煩明天請陳小姐為我介紹玻璃和樹脂鏡片的差異,因為我選擇的hoya品牌沒有玻璃鏡片,那我要重新評估眼鏡的品牌和材質了。翌日陳小姐口氣冷淡問我到底是需要玻璃還是樹脂鏡片?(她連介紹鏡片的材質和是否適合我的需求都沒有哦,直接了當要客人自行決定) 當下我心想:是不是我付完款,陳小姐就可以隨便並冷漠以待呢?如果之後眼鏡有問題是否求助無門?!於是我就直接跟陳小姐要求全額退款,陳小姐便大笑,笑的花枝招展彷彿沒有討人厭的客人煩他了。後來該店店長有致電道歉並說明要贈送鏡片,但本人考量陳小姐做事情馬虎不嚴謹,當初所測量的度數並不值得參考且其專業度和服務品質不被肯定和信任,所以我婉拒拿免費的東西,畢竟要讓消費者戴舒適的眼鏡是需要細膩度和專業度夠的人才勝任驗光師這份工作(我光買鏡片就3千多,如果還加上鏡框的費用總額約5-6千,怎麼宏恩眼鏡會拿菜市場做生意的態度應用在精品店呢?)這是我史上最差勁的配鏡體驗,浪費時間還惹出一肚子的氣,沒有感受網路整體的高評價外,還拿到母親節的憤怒禮物。當初陳小姐有再便宜我200元,條件是要我在網路上寫好話,雖說是商業交易但我覺得做人還是要有原則,不專業就是不專業,我無法欺騙其他網友
