第一點:一月份跟大樓物業反應地下室B4F蚊子多到誇張,小小一個梯廳至少30隻以上,帶著小嫩嬰下樓取車都心驚膽顫,蚊子還會飛到車子裡,小孩坐在後方安全座椅,開車根本沒辦法無時無刻盯著小孩,發現時小孩已經被蚊子叮的滿臉紅腫難消,醫生也覺得嚴重開了藥,從一月份陸續反應,大樓管理告知會請消毒公司來,後來不了了之,也說會請打掃阿姨加強打掃,這個是需要環境消毒預防登革熱跟打掃沒有關係,現在蚊蟲多的狀況比1月還誇張。第二點:寄放在管理室的零用金專門要給物流公司收關稅的,櫃檯人員卻問陌生人錢要領走嗎?我明明交代是有人會來取貨付款,取貨的人也說覺得很奇怪為什麼要問我要不要取款,若你是問住戶就算了,問一個陌生人,結果我們住戶看到零用金被取走,第一時間詢問櫃台,櫃檯人員沒有謹慎查證直接回我錢被剛剛取貨的人拿走了,我馬上問取貨的人,人家也實在冤枉,我跟櫃檯說還是要報警?櫃檯人員馬上秒回說錢找到了,你們的疏忽會造成別人很大的困擾。 第三點:就是搬來到現在樓上住戶在半夜時的腳步聲依然很重,一直都未有改善。 第四點:住戶領包裹包裹上面明明寫易碎物品,物業人員在我面前手滑了物品直接落地,連句道歉也沒有,以上種種問題實在求助無門,
