★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看診規矩一改再改,在門口貼的公告也都沒有改,我排第一個卻看不到,我也只是問”可是外面的公告跟妳們說的不一樣”,貼在門口白紙黑字的公告一字沒改卻一直說我是自己看錯,其中一個櫃檯人員就很不開心的說”我們規矩就是改了,看你自己能不能接受“,這樣的態度讓人很不舒服⋯⋯我大老遠花了3個小時來看還排第一個,不僅沒看到醫生結果還被人說是我自己看錯,用那種口氣說話,感覺很難過⋯⋯

因為醫生會需較長的時間聊聊新朋友的心聲哦!(我個人意見)…有初診要早點去,一開門就去排,電話沒辦法約哦!
醫生人都很好,櫃檯小姐也親切!

The doctors are very nice, and the lady at the counter is also kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩星期前,因想讓劉醫師看診,預約到兩個星期後的日期。今天依預約時間前往看診,到達診所後看到公告,劉醫師今天臨時有事休診,由代班醫師看診。我非常的疑惑,如果劉醫師臨時請假或休診,櫃檯小姐不能先電話通知病患嗎?或與病患討論是否預約其他時間,並詢問病患讓代班醫師看診的意願。
基於尊重病患難道不應該事先告知嗎?況且我今天還特地從雲林趕回台中,結果撲空,如果早知道劉醫師今天休診,我就不用急忙趕回。深感紓情診所對於醫師休診的公告過於草率,櫃檯小姐絲毫沒有歉意,更應事前電話或傳訊通知病患,難道劉醫師臨時請假是常態,一點都不紓情???

位美村路某大樓2F,診所無裝潢,候診坐椅質硬,環境稍簡陋難放鬆;看診患者多中老年人,雖然說依排隊順序看診,但熟門熟路的大嬸會裝聊天默默插隊要留意;初診可先預約,但仍須排隊;診間無對外窗,顯得沉悶封閉,醫生平均問診約15-20分鐘,語氣平和,但以傾聽為主,診斷歸因多以醫生個人主觀及經驗為依據,諮商深度不足即開藥;醫生自己也說了,診所是以看診拿藥為主!
需要找人傾聽和立即服用藥物的困擾人可前往嘗試,若是真心想要探究心理層面與找出改善之法的朋友,可能要另尋它途~
