Since the early Qing Dynasty, the Jilong Tuku belonged to the same settlement. It is divided into two administrative districts and still worships the same Fude Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民國58年8月12日，陳進木先生在溪底檢拾一塊靈石，立於現址供人參拜，爾後香火愈趨興旺，有信眾倡議建廟，廖春木捐獻6坪地，由黃忠、何波及廖根等人奔走募款，興建福德祠。土庫溪今已成為暗溝，不見溪流。
On August 12, 1958, Mr. Chen Jinmu picked up a spiritual stone at the bottom of the stream and stood at the current site for worship. Later, incense became more and more prosperous. Some believers suggested building a temple. Liao Chunmu donated 6 pings by Huang Zhong, He Bo and Liao Gen and others rushed to raise funds to build the Ford Temple. The Turku Creek has now become a dark ditch, and no streams are seen.
