從Henry老師身上學到了體會身體的變化 在生活中感覺自己核心的存在 站立時慢慢地會調整自己的骨盆和姿勢 尤其是懷孕的時候 因為具有基本的概念 所以避免了孕婦常見的骨盆前傾問題 也因此身體狀況很好 不腰酸背痛 懷孕後期開始一對一的器械彼拉提斯 能夠針對孕婦做更安全的指導 在器械的輔助下 也能達到更好的訓練效果 不只在孕期減少身體的負擔 生產時也很順利 更在產後給我好體力 當然 產後又回到了器械彼拉提斯的練習中 在每一次的練習前 仔細地觀察身體的需要 再加上精準地指導 慢慢的抓回了感覺 懷孕的過程中 胎兒擠壓到脊椎 因此更需要練習脊椎的活動 產後也因為身體的變化 鬆弛激素持續釋放 體型與體能的回復都不能操之過急 藉由每次都評估 可以有適合自己的訓練 產婦最需要的並不是減肥 而是細微的身體重建 原本一直覺得很能走的自己 其實身體有很多需要調整的地方 Henry老師幫我找到了一直以來的身體問題 從小我的足弓就躲起來了 整骨什麼都試過 長期下來造成膝蓋的問題 經過Henry老師的指導找到了根本問題所在 也藉由器械給我更好的訓練效果 加上可以回家自己做的訓練 漸漸的找回消失已久的足弓 也喚醒了一直沉睡的肌肉 選擇彼拉提斯的自己真是太棒了 身體學會的東西 是一輩子都不會忘記的 認真的學員也要趁機吶喊一下 彼拉提斯才不是瑜珈哩!!! 器械彼拉提斯也不是健身房的器材啦!!!

不知不覺已經上完10堂課, 因為對自己幫助太大了所以想發表一下推薦心得~ 首次課程,老師會幫你做基礎身體評估&疼痛動作分析, 透過這些評估分析客製化課程訓練, 而我,老師說我下半身需要花比較多時間去調整, 這個我真的非常認同! 我的問題有些日常生活中自己就能感受到, 像是X腳、骨盆位置、駝背等, 尤其在去年,我連走路雙腳膝蓋都會痛, 可是明明體重有降下來,痛感依然存在, 還有上TRX時,明顯感受右腳比較沒力氣, 右膝也會比左膝還來的痛, 骨盆的傾斜也影響右腰痠痛。 幾堂課下來,老師教課蠻細心也很用心, 每堂課老師都有紀錄學員的身體狀況及問題, 課堂中每個動作前,都會講解是為了改善加強哪些地方, 甚至也會給我出回家功課,教我一些墊上對我有幫助的動作, 這10堂課我收穫很多, 感覺像是又重新認識自己的身體, 學習如何呼吸、如何穩定核心專注、 身體結構正確的姿勢等。 印象最深刻的是屁股的核心, 以前我都不知道原來走路也是會運用到屁股核心, 老師說我太多都把重心放在大小腿,所以我大小腿才會很緊繃放鬆不了, 可是當這些核心慢慢訓練起來,會不自覺地運用到, 現在上下樓梯時、起立蹲下時,右膝的疼痛很明顯改善許多, 兩腳走路雙腳比較不會黏在一起, 有些朋友也有對我說,我的體態也有改變, 日常生活也會隨時注意自己的姿勢是否不良! Henry老師本身也是物理治療師,有足夠的專業知識! 比起去復健科電療、吊脖子, 個人還蠻推薦可以來上一堂課看看, 真的會愛上!!!!!! 還有上課環境非常乾淨, 總給人有種舒適舒服的氛圍, 更加分!!!!!! 每次上完課真的身心靈都很通暢無比XD 大推推推啦!!!
