★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目前已搬離此社區，原建案為雪儂梭，原建商不明原因造成工程閒置的爛尾樓，風雨置數十年後由科博之星建商承接繼續建造，由於主體建材老舊，雖然有大窗戶，光線也算不錯，但室內排氣欠佳總感覺濕氣重和異味。
社區交通便利，鄰近生活機能佳，短期租房推薦。
