★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location with a beautiful structure. It has a lot of potential as an attraction in the area it's in. Has a number of very nice shops at street level but also has many empty shops on the second floor. The mall could use a bar as a draw for more people as foot traffic seemed low for such a nice place. Currently, the shops are nice but the variety was kind of low. It's a great place to take pictures though!
