傳承35年的好味道,原本在健行路與新興街口,因為租約到期輾轉搬到此地點,也是因緣際會透過跟朋友的聊天當中得知這好味道搬來這裡了。 超推擔仔麵真的是招牌,是外面吃不到的口味,還可以選擇要附滷蛋或是貢丸,不管是湯麵或乾麵都別有風味。還有現切的風味小菜,食材也都很新鮮實在。最喜歡吃它的大腸頭。 老闆還有老闆娘待人也都很親切,老闆永遠都是笑臉迎人客客氣氣的。其實本來這邊比較好,因為有裡面的座位可以坐。 現在如果想要吃宵夜又多了一項選擇了^_^ ? 2020/8/14再度來吃好吃的擔仔麵

乾的擔仔麵加點貢丸 麵條很Q肉燥也很香 重點是貢丸滷的真好吃? 但是跟我印象中的渡小月真的不太一樣 上頭不是該有隻蝦?嗎? 滷肉飯加點滷蛋 滷蛋的部分沒有滷貢丸好吃 小菜的部分其實還點了章魚? 覺得還行吧~ 不是特別冰鮮 豆干海帶,豆干的部分感覺滷的特別久 特別老還很乾 還點了隔間肉湯 湯裡有榨菜 有薑 配起來還是很不錯的 老闆也很客氣和藹??

回味記憶中,小孩跟著媽媽去某個騎樓轉角,坐在竹椅上吃 #擔仔麵 的滋味。印象中,整體是一根扁擔挑起的生財器具,橫桿上方點綴大紅色燈籠、鍋爐上冒著霧茫茫熱呼呼的白煙、客人桌椅全是竹器。 一晃眼快20多冬過去了,老闆依舊身穿白色吊嘎、深色西裝褲、繫著皮帶,皮帶的輪廓跟以前爸爸很像。 但老闆的臉早就刻畫著歲月痕跡,和我一樣 ? 頗不習慣....背影身材一模一樣精瘦有肌肉,臉卻是老臉了 ? 小時候非常不喜歡吃 #擔擔麵,不知道為什麼?可能討厭黃光的關係 ? 長大來吃,滋味成了回味!白光之下,發現湯裡超多 #蛤仔,超多!完全傾注心血熬煮的湯頭啊 ?????? 不輸日本拉麵呀~~~~~ 大碗 60 元、小碗 50 元。我的大碗多點一顆滷蛋,滷蛋超好吃!湯麵的佈置有用心,老闆將豆芽菜與蔥,裹捲在最底下,所以端上桌時,只會看見一捲油麵,側邊一排蛤仔,上方一大匙滷肉燥,再點綴翠綠香菜(雖然我不吃香菜)但整體真的很用心無誤 ???❤️❤️❤️ 滷小菜我們都叫 #黑白切,很多攤位以前真的不標價,客人講一講就歐貝切,豐富滿滿一盤上桌 ? 現在這個時代難了,標價清楚是基本配備 ? 滷大腸、滷豬皮、隔間肉都好好吃!而且沒想到老闆招待一盤 #大陸妹 ?(雖然我剛好又不喜歡吃大陸妹 ???) 擔仔麵離開三角騎樓後,搬過兩次家,現在回到鬧區一些的健行路上,更棒了! 媽媽表示以前她唸書時,就常常吃這位老闆的爸爸煮的一碗熱呼呼滴擔仔麵!天吶!傳承數十載的好滋味啦 ? 故事緣自某次她與老闆閒聊之下,確認他爸爸的身分,就是當年我媽媽學校旁邊的擔仔麵老闆,相認之後,人情味更濃了!(老闆的爸爸早已在天上望著這傳承的小本生意。) 今天發現老闆耐性真的好,不僅手腳快!他捧著肉燥飯站在客人桌旁,耐心等待客人整理好、排列好桌面(他們一家點很多),端著等待,我都覺得稍久了........? 其實桌邊有空位 ? 但他還是很有禮貌地等客人弄好.........(太有耐心了啦) 今天忍不住幫大碗、小碗擔仔麵拍好多張寫真集 ? 還發現牆壁上貼有日本樂團主唱來吃的合照 XDDDDDDD 什麼!哈哈哈。 希望老闆不貪心的生意興隆!平穩中帶著幸福!好滋味能傳承上百年! ? 地址:台中市北區健行路455號 ⏰ 時間:每日 14:00~02:00 ? #渡小月擔仔麵
