★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今（2021-09-12 星期日）中午13時30分台中市消防局勤獲中心接獲報案，指位在台中北區進化北路317號的「佳茂學士會館社區」發生火警，現場為18層樓的RC建物，從冒出濃煙的情形判斷起火點應該位於3樓。消防局立即派遣文昌、中區、大誠、黎明等分隊，出動消防車7輛、救護車1輛、人員23名前往搶救。轄區第二警分局永興派出所亦同步派出員警協助疏導交通及疏散住戶。
Today (Sunday, 2021-09-12) at 13:30, the Taichung City Fire Department’s Qinsheng Center received a report that a fire broke out in the "Jia Mao Bachelor Club Community" at No. 317, Huayuan North Road, Taichung North District. The scene was 18 Judging from the smoke emission of the RC building on the first floor, the fire point should be located on the 3rd floor. The fire department immediately dispatched Wenchang, Zhonggu, Dacheng, Liming and other units, dispatched 7 fire trucks, 1 ambulance, and 23 personnel to rescue. The Yongxing Police Station of the Second Police Sub-bureau in the area also dispatched police officers to help evacuate traffic and evacuate residents.
