外傭幫老人洗澡的時候還在吹電風扇，害老人家感冒。
外傭一人要顧14個老人，導致每個老人都沒辦法得到完善的照護。
外傭貪圖方便，鼻胃管餵牛奶，稀飯的時候老人家都沒有扶起來，平躺餵食，很容易嗆到。
業者換鼻胃管收2000元，護士來家裡換只收246元。
反正就是非常爛，想要長輩早日往生，建議送進去。

5月疫情禁止探視後，感覺照顧品質下降，喝水較容易嗆，口腔清潔不佳，牙齦腫就醫。
帶回家後，發現有2-3公分褥瘡，沒有看到有護理的痕跡，也沒有告知。應該不是短期內發展的傷口。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主任和所有照護人員快三年前把我媽媽從垂死邊緣救回來，對一個一星期洗腎三次的八十歲老人這些年身心的仔細照顧加上飲食的細心調配，看著我媽媽愈來愈健康，讓我這個遠在美國沒辦法盡孝的女兒真的感激不盡！這真的是一個有愛心善待老人的慈善養老機構，是我媽媽的福氣也是我的福氣！再一次謝謝主任和全體照護人員，大家辛苦了！
