我不是美食家，對吃的東西也不挑，胡亂評論怕有失公允。
然而每次讓我回到攤位前一再購買的理由並非抓餅，
而是與老闆夫婦簡單幸福的互動。
說著自己記性不好、錢總是算錯，
卻對我們這些晚輩的自大一直至畢業的趣事如數家珍。
說著自己生活狀況不佳，
卻總是偷偷替熟識的學生加顆蛋、或者加片起司...。
願上天能常時護持如此純樸可愛的台灣人，
也願我能多回台中探望他們。

香格里拉就只是加了梅粉，難怪老闆不敢說是什麼，抓餅只是加熱也不是現煎的。
