I do not recommend this agency very much. It advertises that the nursing company opened by doctors and nurses, the people who answer the phone are called supervisors, and they have an arrogant attitude. The service cannot provide an answer if the service can be given to the nursing staff. The nursing staff and the owner are strictly forbidden to exchange messages. However, the nursing staff is late and the supervisor will not notify them until half an hour later. The Line message cannot be read back even if it is working hours. The willingness of the caregiver provided is repeated, telling the owner that he is willing to stay, but telling the supervisor that he is unwilling. The supervision, the caregiver, and the owner need to continue to communicate and dialogue, causing troubles for the owner and the care recipient. It is recommended to go directly to the hospital if you need medical assistance and continue to answer medical or privacy-related questions as if you are asked for a doctor; if you need nursing and basic service attitude, you should go directly to another agency, nursing center or institution such as the Red Cross.
