男性店員耐心介紹產品、甚至教導產品的使用方式 不會讓人感覺到有壓力，服務很棒?? 買了人生第一顆頭燈，cp值很高！ 很愉快的購物經驗，下次需要會再回購?

登山裝備齊全，接待的男店員專業且讓人沒有壓力；登山襪的規格講解的十分清楚。店內陳設別具巧思～單槓很酷

不錯的地方，有很多戶外用品可以選購，逛的時候沒有壓力，有需要的時候可以詢問店員，會提供必要協助以及專業的戶外登山常識！

**Do NOT make an uneducated purchased from uninformed/rude staff from this outdoor store. ** I went there to try out some rain jackets with my parents before deciding on whether or not we wanted to purchase them. The lady who was "helping" us was un-informed about the products and quite honestly pretty rude to a customer. First when you're buying a jacket priced at $12,000NTD it is not going to break "容易壞掉“ (her words exactly) if you hang it on the rack. She got upset and rude when my mom lightly set a jacket on a rack to try another one on (rude). Let me remind you that Arc'teryx jackets are made for professionals with activities such as rock climbing and bouldering with SHARP rocks in mind. The person obviously does not know anything about what she was trying to introduce. Secondly she said "Marmot only makes jackets down to a S which is definitely a lie, check anywhere online and you'll find a XS (uninformed). I would rather someone say "I'm not sure, let me check" than feed me false information. Lastly the prices there are ridiculous trying to sell it at a 30% markup to the MSRP original prices on Arc'teryx own website. So many products were covered in dust from sitting there so long. Again, Do NOT make an uneducated purchased from uninformed/rude floor staff from this outdoor store.

The staff was indeed rude AND arrogant. I went downstairs after trying on one backpack and made a wrong turn for the exit cause the store was so clustered. Upon seeing this, the staff made a comment that I should have gps at all time when I go hiking cause I could get lost even in a store.
