尤其是醬跟其他比真的差很多，
可能因為是特調的所以有獨特香味，
喜歡吃涼麵的人真的要來試一下！
下次會再回訪?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是我吃過最好吃的涼麵！因為本身不愛太重的蒜味，這裏的醬汁只有微微蒜味，但香氣濃郁，不會太稠也不會太稀，和偏細的涼麵很完美的融合在一起，一口吃下超滿足，麵的嚼勁，醬汁的醇香，還有小黃瓜+紅蘿蔔絲的脆，越吃越順口，讚啦！
It's the best cold noodles I've ever eaten! Because I don't like too much garlic flavor, the sauce here only has a slight garlic flavor, but the aroma is strong, neither too thick nor too thin, and it blends perfectly with the thin cold noodles. Satisfaction, the chewy noodles, the mellow flavor of the sauce, and the crispness of the cucumber + shredded carrots, the more you eat, the smoother your mouth is, like it!

有分素食與葷食
醬料有分辣和不辣，不管點什麼口味的涼麵，麵上面都會有小黃瓜和紅蘿蔔絲
鮪魚和玉米都是另外加價的配料
點了鮪魚涼麵一盒和辣味涼麵一盒
鮪魚用的是脫油的鮪魚，吃起來不會讓人覺得油膩，點鮪魚的配料就會有加玉米，如果不愛玉米可跟店家說不要加
麵條Q彈，重點醬料真的很香好吃，濃度剛好，不愛吃麵的我，可以吃完一整盒
建議店家可以把目錄寫的更易懂些，初次來到完全看不懂菜單，老闆解釋的我也有聽沒有懂⋯
個人覺得比洪X記的好吃
