去年6月線上買台電視,今年5/29壞了逢週六不上班,5/31去電説會派人來修,半個月後特約維修來了看完要換電路版要申請拍照走了,一段時間維修帶來了兩盒新的拆了沒有一個對的,只好回去,8/2又帶一個又不行,前後兩三個月搞不定,這是什麽爛廠商!!!

全新品換了兩次一樣都有瑕疵,第一台底盤漏水第二台裡面破掉螺絲還是滑牙的 排水口設計是最嚴重的疏失 排水口矽膠塞子只有0.8公分很小就算了,跟蓋子還是分開的 蓋子一打開矽膠塞就會被水沖開很難找 沒塞子就漏水,塞子另外販售一顆居然開100塊 根本就讓人覺得是設計來故意賺錢的 客服又慢吞吞效率很差,要自己打電話催 一買來就後悔,超爛的 絕對不會再使用山水的東西
