在這拔門牙以利之後的植牙手術.但是拔門牙雖然不舒服 .但還是挺得住.疼痛感大幅降很多.不舒服的時間也縮短很多.昨天6點多拔 拔前吃了止痛.回家的路上約7點抽痛感就整個消失了.比我上一次拔左門牙還來的輕鬆.今天還去吃麵. 還加辣哦.主要食物要往後面塞.進食慢了點 不過也沒啥影響.技術很棒?

診所員工跟醫師們都非常親切,會照顧患者的心情。做了很多功課後決定在這間做牙齒矯正,鄭醫師非常親切且專業,今天鐵絲因故斷掉,立刻打電話過去詢問現場排隊,牙助跟醫生都能體諒我趕時間,非常快速的幫我處理,非常推薦!!

前幾天去補蛀牙,再補的過程,老實說很不舒服,一開始問櫃台能不能打麻藥因為很怕酸痛,一痠痛根本不可能放鬆,在電話諮詢的時候櫃台說跟醫師說要打麻藥就可以了,但看診的時候,醫師就話術掉沒打,果然惡夢的開始,雖然醫師跟護士都會安撫,根本沒用,又不是你們在酸在痛,醫師補完蛀牙還捏我臉皮說那麼緊繃,放輕松,拜託一下沒搬來台中之前在高雄的牙醫就診都是上麻藥的根本沒有痠痛這件事,還舒服到睡著,這次補完磨牙縫超粗魯,還用扯的,牙齦會流血是正常我能理解,結果接下來的三天刷牙超痛根本不能刷那個位置,幾天下來發現補的地方會隱隱酸痛,結果剛剛用手指去敲補的位置,果然是酸的…我真的想不到理由不給一顆星,本來預約下次回診治療另一顆,我真的不敢回去了,整個治療過程不知道在趕甚麼,是看了網路的評價說可以打麻藥, 醫師手很輕很溫柔,才決定去貴診所就診,太失望了 ————————————————————— 哦,可以給貴診所五顆星啊!那有什麼問題! 但評論我不會刪! 因為我是把我心裡的感受坦承的表達出來而已!本來留三顆星沒錯,但不是覺得不妥欸才刪掉欸?是因為我知道留了你們會來平反欸,實在懶的爭辯想說刪掉不留了! 但昨天發現補的位置真的很酸影響到我用餐體驗非常sad,我的確有留補的很漂亮,是真的很漂亮啊,本來是打算留一顆星,後來覺得陳醫師真的補的很漂亮所以給三顆星,但過程真的很不舒服,我是不知道打個麻藥診所會損失什麼,客人舒服不會亂動,醫生也比較好操作!雙贏的局面為何不想,我不懂!我也沒有要妖魔化醫生的意思,粗魯是形容詞,而且我沒留粗暴兩個字哦別亂加,因為之前的醫生連磨砂過程我都不會感到一丁點的不適,我當然會拿以往良好的就診體驗來比較,這沒毛病吧,如果都隨便帶過感受,那我還看評價找整所幹嘛,隨便路邊看到就去看診就好了啊,畢竟看牙齒本來就是很多人的恐懼,今天要給新的醫師治療在心理層面還有恐懼上都是一種賭注,看完評價決定預約後就會有期待很正常吧。當下覺的很滿意,是一種禮貌的表現,難道你會更喜歡我當下要在其他病患面前說,你剛剛把我弄到痛到飆淚會比較好?!因為我知道就算說了實際的感受,也是被話術安撫掉而已,沒有磨到牙肉我漱口的時候會有血?你們有站在病患的感受去想嗎?我相信醫師跟助理的就診服務可以做的更好,只是看貴診所要不要而已,試問哪位病患補完還覺得牙齒酸,會覺得是正常的!加上痛到飆淚已經讓我忘了你們的安撫過程!我現在回想起來不舒服的過程大過於減痛的過程!但是你們的服務還是很棒啦!不得不特別強調,陳醫師真的補的很漂亮!至於delay到下個病患的時間,是干我何事,我預約的時間有讓我準時看診嗎,我還提早到寫資料,是上一個患者delay到我的時間才跟著delay到下一位患者的時間吧,怎麼會是我的問題! 對了,忘了要謝謝櫃檯小姐細心貼心的詳細刷牙方式,還有美麗的跟診助理在幫我拍X光的時候很溫柔很體貼! 希望不要影響到其他想來靚美牙醫就診的病患,如果其他有想來靚美牙醫診所做任何牙齒的治療與美觀,非常推薦!因為畢竟院長跟助理都很專業! 是我自己就診感受程度的問題,所以也提供給跟我一樣非常怕酸怕痛的病患可以參考! 幫助貴診所過濾掉像我一樣龜毛的患者減少困擾!

I recently moved back to Taiwan from overseas with my wife and have a need to do a regular tooth cleaning before my health insurance kicks in. My wife went to this dentist twice in person and was told that I would need to pay TWD $1000 for the procedure all inclusive. However, when we arrived for our appointment today, Dr. Chen changed his mind and told the front desk person to charge us $1450 instead and also denied that they have ever committed for a solid $1000 quote before. I am really surprised a doctor would have done things so commercial like that, which is so unprofessional!! To make it even worst, while we are having all the argument with the poor front desk lady, Dr. Chen is hiding in the back and didn’t have a gut to come to the front to face and address the issue… What a shame! Just saw Dr. Chen's response, thank him for his so called "開導ㄧ個觀念"... I believe he was trying to mislead people and down play what really the issue is. The point we made is not so much about the cost should be $1000, $1450 or even more, the point here is why we were quoted for $1000 but charged differently when we showed up on our appointment !! We willing to pay for whatever the cost of the procedure from the beginning and that was why my wife went to his office twice to make sure what the charge should be. If $1450 was the price quoted up front, then we have no problem to pay for it if we choose to accept. We did NOT make up the $1000 price ourselves, the office staff should know the inclusive price for tooth cleaning of a NEW patient and giving out an accurate quote. So, the issues are: 1) a bad and miscommunication ! 2) willingness to correct, or even admit a mistake !!
