趁這次回診買了診所的養生藥膳包回家，從包裝到藥材用心看的見，貼心的將藥材用過濾包分開包裝，且藥材品質好又新鮮，吃起來很鮮甜順口~黑棗、貴妃棗、蓮子粒粒飽滿，連小孩都愛吃~
之前喝外面的藥膳湯，喝完會口乾舌燥~且也看不到藥材原貌，現在自己煮完全安心~
藥膳包都可搭配排骨、雞肉或是菇類(素食者)，
下週冬至再來煮第二波用雞腿肉~~真的超級推薦~
