★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前在附近吃飯都會去買服務都很好，但今天在家叫外送的時候等了四十分鐘，所以打去店裡詢問，店員表示已送完回店裡了？？？說是隔壁有人收？？？雖然沒多花到錢但空等了那麼久也沒喝到飲料感覺極差！店員也不會確認是不是叫飲料的人，超不爽！

接電話的人員連電話號碼都聽不清楚，對話的應答也實在是讓人無言，希望可以改善。?
這邊是第二次叫外送，感覺情形沒有好轉。?
告知對方有外送需求以後就沒有下文了，第一個連問地址或者電話都沒有，讓客人不知道該說什麼⋯⋯
態度非常差，如果是直接到店消費的話估計也不會好到哪裏去吧？
要不是因為有接外送電話，我連一顆星都不想給。
