配菜：高麗菜、酸菜麵腸、小白菜、火腿蛋；
主菜：照燒雞+鯖魚

最重要的優點是，清爽，湯湯水水和油脂幾乎沒有，接近日式便當的狀態，開完很久的會依然保持原來的狀態；不過如果是想吃有熱熱便當的人可能就比較不適合。
整體菜色的表現都中規中矩，不過不失。
