The management room is small and pitiful, the atrium, and the surrounding environment are terribly poor. They are all rental suites, impersonal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車梯的事情，在沒發生時，就開住戶大會，但有車位的屋主拿不出錢來，討論沒結果。大部份屋主是沒車位的，拿管理費來修理是否公平。羊毛出在羊身上。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車梯老舊，早已不堪使用，一定要到有人出事了、上新聞了才肯換新。可憐呀，人命那麼不值錢？ 重點是車梯壞了，出事到維修前前後後竟然要接近三個月！拜託一下，大家的車都卡在下面沒辦法使用，請問這誰負責？車子的燃料稅、牌照稅還是要照繳，且維修期間卡到跨年以及農曆新年，請問車主要往返家鄉或是出遠門怎麼辦？租車的費用社區管委會有要補償嗎？草菅人命欸！

The point is that the car ladder is broken, and it will take nearly three months before and after the accident! Please, everyone's cars are stuck underneath and cannot be used. Who is responsible for this? The fuel tax and license tax of the car still have to be paid, and the maintenance period is stuck to New Year's Eve and Lunar New Year.
