★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司的員工訓練真的很應該加強，接電話的男性服務人員一問三不知，(詢問作業流程、工程費的比例、還有監工費多少都答不出來，這在一間設計公司不都是基本的？)原本滿心期待希望有機會和你們接洽合作，但是連初步的窗口都讓人覺得很昏倒⋯⋯怎麼放心把幾百萬的案子交於委托呢？
Your company’s staff training really should be strengthened. The male service staff who answer the phone ask three questions. (Inquiry about the operation process, the proportion of engineering costs, and how much supervision costs are not answered. This is not all in a design company. Basic?) I was originally looking forward to having the opportunity to contact and cooperate with you, but even the initial window makes people feel very faint...How can I trust millions of cases?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度非常差，客戶一進門設計師無任何自我介紹，也無跟顧客確認需求，只問設計要不要給他們做，要的話才要跟你詳談，詢問問題只得到若沒有簽約無提供諮詢服務，感受非常差。
The service attitude is very poor. When the customer enters the door, the designer does not introduce himself or confirm the needs with the customer. He only asks if the design should be made for them, and if so, I have to discuss with you in detail. Ask questions only if there is no contract, no consultation The service is very poor.
