先前在逛一中街的時候.聽到朋友說在太平路上.有一家包包店叫得意時袋.很多包包可以選.果真到了那邊琳瑯滿目.超多品牌的包款.連行李箱都有.重點是!!!店員超親切的啦~~原本我很猶豫不決哪個包包比較適合我.還好有店員小姐的專業介紹.讓我現在天天都背他到處走.之後還想要再買各式各樣的包包一定會再去這家店的.因為超~~~便宜.買再多也不怕!!

很糟糕,用不到一個月包包拉鍊就壞,還要送休一個禮拜,扯到爆,絕對不要來,店員態度很差,說我很誇張等語,都已經在處理,根本,說要換新的也不願意,人前人後差很多,老闆還不敢出來面對,電話都不接,絕對不要買 ,售後服務零分。

二樓店員的素質非常差。 好像很怕客人消費似的,推銷一點都不積極 客人都說了想找好一點的兒童書包,怕以後書太重壓著會長不高,就像自己這樣 聽不懂客人自嘲就算了,說什麼:長不高跟那個沒關係,是營養跟睡眠的問題。 不需要妳來教我是什麼的問題啊妳又不是小兒科醫師跟營養師!!!! 妳今天的身分是賣書包的店員耶!!!!!! 不是應該趁勢的大力推銷你們的書包嗎???? 妳跟我講這個是要幹嘛是在說我長不高活該我小孩也註定長不高所以不用買好的書包嗎????? 然後我問了一下優惠活動,好像我準備殺價殺到骨折似的 我也說清楚了是因為官網有看到優惠活動才問的 然後官網的買一送四活動被換成買一送一水貨爛提袋活動...... 不想做生意妳要說,我們可以直接去別家店看 就不用麻煩妳這麼辛苦還要起身來跟我說話。

這是我第二次在此店消費 卻在第二次遇到態度差的店員 是你們收了錢 卻沒有我要的包包 要我在去選其他顏色的 卻搞的好像是我去找你們的麻煩 原本服務我的店員不在 是另一位店員跟我接洽 我是得罪妳了嗎 說個話還要被嗆 是有多不想作生意 一點都不積極 會給三顆星是因為還有好的店員在

昨天購買遇到的店員服務很好,也會主動介紹但不是緊迫盯人那種,所以不會看得很緊張。結帳時也有主動開發票。 現場兩個店員,另一個就是會閃客人裝沒看到那種態度,我想下面說遇到服務不好的應該就是那位吧? 很幸運我遇到會服務的也會熱忱介紹的店員。所以買到合意的包款,至於耐不耐用就還不知道了。

Bought a backpack suitcase yesterday (1280 NT) and using it not only for a day it broke already (one of the weels is becoming detachering)! Very low quality stuff here. I thought I would go fot a practical solution with this trolley/backpack, but I got screwed.
