★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公司做活動沒有想過現場是否可以消化訂單，今日使用外送預約，結果人力不足，還需要消費者親取，到了現場許多顧客都在久候，店員也忙亂不已，真的很辛苦，貴公司有想過這樣的行銷是否可行，這只是讓門市消化不了訂單，客人滿滿的怨氣，我想這不是貴公司想得到的結果..這4顆星是給辛苦的門市人員..還有非會員網路訂購竟然沒有簡訊可確認訂單，還需顧客自行向門市確認，學學必勝客的流程吧..

19:15使用網路下單於台中學士店，預計取餐20:30
20:30時我已經到了門口停車，店員撥電話給我說明訂單爆量來不及製作。詢問我是否願意等待，店員表示前面還有50-100個在等大約需要3小時，我表示人在中國醫內可以等待。
在21:48我打電話詢問大概時間，店員盡然跟我說做好了，可以過去聚餐。22:00前我到店取餐食用，pizza已經冷了。
這樣的過程令我十分失望及憤怒。如果不想賣直接跟我說就好，有必要騙我說要等3小時，以及做好了並沒有通知取餐，難道我沒有再次撥電話就讓我真的等3小時。
我要求該店的店長協助調閱監視器確認製餐時間，以及了解是否在晚間20:30是否有50-100份訂單還是店員個人的欺騙。
