★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生人很好，很有耐心，之前因為耳道塞住的原因看過其它家耳鼻喉科，但被醫生發了藥水請我回家點個幾天再來。。。；而此次到英才耳鼻喉科，醫生當下便幫我處理了，雖然我的耳屎很難纏，但醫生都沒有不耐煩，花了很多時間跟氣力幫我挖，真的非常感謝!!!

I have seen other otolaryngology departments because of the clogged ear canal, but the doctor sent me a lotion and asked me to go home and order for a few days. . . ; And this time when I went to Yingcai’s ENT Department, the doctor helped me deal with it immediately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度比較不耐煩。一直說我耳朵裏面很乾淨，可是我耳朵養的很難受。用儀器簡單噴一噴，棉簽清理一下就完了，再多強調，就明顯不耐煩。話說200元掛號費也不便宜。拿藥回來，已經一個禮拜了，耳朵還是很養。耳朵問題，前後在網絡上查排名，都是找打分很靠前的，去了三家，都沒徹底治好。無語了。。。
