我第一次在五福旅遊消費，他們說，上車錢領隊要跟我們每人收200小費，在我的觀念裡，小費就是覺得這個領隊服務很好，自願對付給他的錢，為什麼變相強制索要？
我不知道這件事已經是常態了
我就打去旅行社問
為什麼小費是強制索取？
服務人員用鄙視的語氣說 這等於領隊的服務費現在每家旅行社都是這麼操作
他的語氣好像 我沒見過世面一樣，很侮辱人，態度有夠差，沒有同理心，以後不會再去這家旅行社消費了
