The incense-booming Lingsheng Palace in Taichung has three floors. On the first floor, the main hall worships Guan Shengdi, and the god Xuantian, Wenchang, Fuyou, and Simingzhen are also enshrined. The second floor is dedicated to the sacred Lord Dou, the God of Wealth, Emperor Shennong, etc., and the third floor is the Lingxiao Hall, dedicated to the Jade Emperor. Only three sticks of incense are needed for worship. First, the god at the door is worshipped, and the first stick of incense is offered in the Tiangong furnace after the worship. Then began to worship all the gods in the temple, the middle main person worshiped first, and then left and right. The second stick of incense must be offered on the third floor, so immediately after worshipping the gods on the first floor, go up to the second and third floors, and offer the second stick of incense before going downstairs. The third incense stick is to walk out of the main hall and go to the marshals and gods enshrined by the road on the right side. After the worship, the third incense stick is offered here. In response to environmental protection, personal incineration of gold paper is no longer accepted here. It is handled by the temple. So after worship, please put the gold paper in the basket on the right side of the first floor (near the stove). Burn to the gods when choosing auspicious times.
