★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏魚子腥味重，而且不知道為什麼是烏魚子是黑色；飛魚卵居然是壽司的那種微酸黃色鯡魚…加熱後蠻怪的，如果要買建議原味就好（但並不像南部走外皮酥脆路線）
The mullet roe has a strong smell, and I don’t know why the mullet roe is black; the flying fish roe is actually a slightly sour yellow herring like sushi... It is strange after heating. If you want to buy it, it is recommended to have the original flavor (but not as crispy as the southern one) route)
