★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本因為活動所以購買3盒隱形眼鏡，但門市現貨不夠所以開了一張欠貨單給我，後來想把欠貨那款換成別的款式，打去門市說已經幫我調貨了所以不能換，接著詢問店員請問我缺貨的那款已經到貨了嗎? 接電話的店員連問我的基本資料都沒問就說還沒到貨！怎麼這麼厲害資料都不用調出來就知道還沒到貨！？
後來還是打去總公司的客服詢問能不能換貨才處理好這件事情，所以是總公司跟門市的教育訓練出現誤差嗎？這兩顆星是給客服人員的謝謝他們幫我處理換貨！
Originally I bought 3 boxes of contact lenses because of the event, but the stock in the store was not enough, so I opened a owed order to me. Later, I wanted to change the owed item to another style. I called the store and said that I had already adjusted the order for me, so I can’t Change, and then ask the clerk, is the one that I am out of stock already in stock? The clerk who answered the phone said that it hadn’t arrived even without asking my basic information! How come you don’t need to call out such awesome information to know that it hasn’t arrived yet! ?
Later, I still called the customer service of the head office to ask if I could exchange the goods to deal with this matter, so is there an error in the education and training between the head office and the store? These two stars are for the customer service staff, thank them for helping me deal with the replacement!
