1/30星期天下午大約4.5點去櫃上,因為本人是敏感肌想跟櫃姐要試用包後沒問題再購買,也知道過年期間要值班的櫃姐也很辛苦,但是叫了3次櫃姐才不耐煩的抬頭(在使用手機),詢問有沒有某幾款產品的試用包,櫃姐直接一句:現在沒有A,我也沒有語氣不好又接著問那請問有B嗎?櫃姐又是一句:沒有,不太理解為什麼對待客戶的態度要這麼消極,只差沒說一句你要什麼都沒有....真心希望貴公司可以在教育訓練的部分多做加強,謝謝
