★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訂機票前完全沒告知就訂了不能退票的優惠票，等到有事情不能前往想辦理退票的時候才發現，旅行社只會推託給航空公司，但明明就是業務沒有盡到告知義務
I booked a non-refundable discount ticket without telling it before booking the ticket. I only found out when I couldn’t go there and wanted to apply for a refund. The travel agency would only refer it to the airline, but it was clear that the business had not fulfilled its obligation to inform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我三次的帛琉之旅，一次是公司的員工旅遊（找彩繪），印象非常好，導遊非常的熱心及專業。第二次參加其它家，感覺不是很好，原來比較真的有差，尤其是浮潛點，彩繪的不會偷工減料；所以第三次我就再次選擇彩繪，這次浮潛點又更豐富了，導遊更是除了熱心、專業外，還很幽默。
I made three trips to Palau, and one was a company employee tour (looking for paintings). The impression was very good and the tour guide was very enthusiastic and professional. The second time I joined other homes, I did n’t feel very good. It turned out to be really bad, especially the snorkeling spots. The painted ones did n’t cut corners. So the third time I chose to paint again. In addition to being enthusiastic and professional, tour guides are also very humorous.
