品牌故事
創辦人Monica因緣際會進入珠寶業時，並沒有雄厚的家族背景或富有的伴侶，僅僅是一位單親家長為了照顧孩子，而激發出奮力博鬥的潛能。Monica起初透過網路方式銷售產品，而點擊率與收視率往往直接影響著銷售成果。「曾經很不像自己，在鏡頭前為了生意、生存，拋棄面子，放下高傲的自尊心，用盡方法讓大家認識我，到後來我開了珠寶實體店。從一開始的不被看好，走到現在經營了好幾年，這不僅僅是工作，而是我的事業。」Monica這麼說。
起初Monica是向盤商批貨後，透過網路直播方式銷售，承蒙許多貴賓的支持與愛護，Monica在每一筆訂單當中自我學習。「我在珠寶業界是孤兒，因為做生意這條路，上游談的是生意、是利潤，客戶看的是價格、是品質！講利潤的東西都沒有朋友，你必須拿出成績證明自己有實力。」Monica這麼說。
在顧客的支持與回饋中成長，Monica不斷要求商品的品質提升，但同時也要給客人最優惠的價格，因此從一開始批發借貨，到後來對接上游裸鑽進出，戒台設計配鑽鑲嵌，各式分級，精益求精。「在不斷被壓迫的環境中，為了在這個行業生存，我需要一直想盡辦法讓自己努力成長，在不斷修正不斷提升品質的同時，我也願意讓利給我的客戶，提供高品質且價格實惠的商品，衷心感謝每一位幫我們分享推薦的朋友，以及給我們機會讓我們報價的朋友，是你們成就了胡凱兒珠寶。也感謝我的團隊，未來的日子讓我們一起繼續加油。」
目前胡凱兒珠寶在台灣只有一家門市，透過顧客們的推薦與介紹，都有各地的朋友前來惠顧，目前接洽的業務範圍國內外有零售，批發或大量採購來訊溝通討論合作方式，也因此胡凱兒珠寶為了提升門市服務接待品質，也很歡迎各位貴賓行前事先預約。

該店家說可以所以從高雄大老遠跑到台中
但到該店家的時候該店家卻說只能換更大的不能換同價位？
解釋一下換更大的是什麼意思
該店家說買10分只能換30分或50分依此類推只能往上換
真的怎麼聽都不合理吧
完全被坑的感覺真的非常的不合理
在網路買至少有七天的鑒賞期而且該店家也沒有說只能換大的
重點我們還大老遠跑去卻得到這種回應
最重要的是連帶都沒帶過的戒指還不能換也不能回收==
