開門就進來，一個小時還輪不到
客人都在等，行員都在慢慢走

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次遇到銀行服務態度這麼差，讓我氣到給一顆星你們是第一間這麼跩的銀行，難怪生意冷冷清清跟別間還要排隊差那麼多，明明就是你們的問題，一點禮貌道歉都沒有講話還理直氣壯，早知道就先看評論再去，我寧可去遠一點服務好的分行辦理
The first time I encountered a bank with such a poor service attitude, it made me so angry that you are the first bank to be such a lame. No wonder the business is deserted and there is so much difference in queuing between others. Obviously, it is your problem. I am polite and apologize. I have no words and I am confident. I would read the comments before I knew it. I would rather go to a branch with good service farther away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給一顆星都還太多，明明已經有預約開戶，去說查不到資料，問那現在可不可以預約也不能，態度到底在差幾點？門口警衛也不會問你要辦啥業務直接給你號碼單連問都不問
