It’s so bad, the counter just hides inside and is busy eating. It doesn’t wait for someone to register, and it looks like being disturbed by being called out. Only one person in the whole clinic can apply medicine. If he has to do other things at the same time, he needs to be mentally prepared to wait for a long time.
