補:我當天點的是鴨胗、鴨心、鴨血和鴨頭
除了鴨血以外,其他3樣感覺炸的時間過久,
感覺口感偏乾和硬,不過這是我吃起來的感覺

讓我太驚艷了！炸肥腸居然沒有任何怪味耶
我最怕肥腸有味道、他們家的肥腸很乾淨好吃
鹹酥鴨不柴味道剛剛好、重點是好多洋蔥?
蔥花跟生辣椒?️點綴的更好吃?
還有還有兩位年輕的老闆老闆娘很客氣服務態度超級無敵棒?現在很少年輕人如此客氣啊！
下次一定回購也成為我的口袋名單了！

搬離西屯回北屯後，一直沒再吃鹹酥鴨，今天嚐鮮這的鴨肉，這配料+洋蔥+薑片+辣椒+蔥另外附辣粉！
太讚了....開車邊開邊吃...只是不能配酒，回家再來配...這比村松的鹹酥鴨..更豐富也略勝一籌！
大推...下酒的好良伴！

After moving out of Xitun and returning to Beitun, I have never eaten salty crispy duck. Today, I tried this duck meat, this ingredient + onion + ginger slices + chili + spring onion plus spicy powder!
It's amazing.... drive and eat... just can't match wine, come back home... This is richer and slightly better than Muramatsu's salted crispy duck..!
Big push... a good companion for drinking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高級食譜用心經營在小排檔裡，香酥鴨頭脖子炸到連嘴喙都酥脆可吃了，一只50元切了之後會皮肉分離，鴨皮我都配著鹽酥米血25元吃，另有一番風味，很難得能在攤頭上能品嚐到道地的食譜！
