老實說,這是第二次來吃,第一次沒紀錄,這次好好的來敘述一下,個人覺的餐點都是不錯的,但是整體而言服務,有點感覺有很大的加強空間! 點餐到最後結帳找錢的過程,很有趕客人的感覺,吃完了還不趕快離開的氣氛!東西是不錯吃! 看各位客官您的感覺了!

透過外送訂購,包裝很完整。 每一道菜的蓋子上面都有放菜名,很貼心。 料理口味平均表現算中間值,不到驚豔,但都不難吃。 椒麻酥肉:做的很好,花椒的香氣有出來 干鍋肥腸:也不錯,沒有特殊的內臟味,辣度能再高一些應該更美味 紅糖糍粑:要趁熱吃才會好吃 麻醬黃瓜:麻醬味道極好,小黃瓜也脆口。 可能黃瓜沒有拍碎的原因,不太入味。入口後二者味道是明顯分開的 京醬肉絲:醬香味足夠,很適合包生菜吃。 自己採了幾片芝麻葉包著吃,非常加分。 其他菜色是中規中矩的表現。 唯一一個小遺憾是可能油溫不夠高,銀絲捲有點吃油。 價格見仁見智,個人覺得還算親民。

涼拌黃瓜是我每次必點的菜色但是今天的麻將醬居然是酸的員工說那個菜是沒有問題的不過他們還是會跟廠商反應⋯⋯事後也補上一份炸饅頭那個炸饅頭油膩到誇張根本無法食用。一樣的店家高雄跟台中的味道真是差別太多??唯一讓人覺得可以的應該是員工的服務態度還有良好的用餐環境!都是對客人而言餐點食材應該才是最重要的

因為老婆很愛吃川菜,所以來嚐鮮看看。店內整潔寬敞,隨便點幾道菜品也都不錯沒有地雷的菜色! 不過可能是比較符合台灣人口味的,所以習慣吃川菜的我們並沒有被驚艷到。但必須說,整體還是很好吃的,不敢吃太辣的可以來品嚐看看!

酸辣土豆絲處理前置處理沒有很好 完全感受不到脆爽的感覺滿滿的澱粉 都是爛掉了 煮到糊了 建議店家應該要先 切絲之後要泡水至少20分鐘以上 才能夠做快炒的處理 那個陳麻婆豆腐不知道為什麼前面一定要加 陳這個字 也沒有讓我感到麻爽的感覺 毛血旺的紅油夾的還可以 但是 裡面的底料 我覺得不甚多 小酥肉裡面的花椒炒的有點苦了。。。 本身是在教料理的老師, 所以對食材跟處理的方式就會有一點要求 恨鐵不成鋼 這是個人的看法 不喜勿擾
