★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟這家公司配合將近一年,家人決定不再續約,因為這家公司的清潔人員素質很不好,一點職業道德都沒有...
1。一開始進來做就有告知,家裡有嬰幼兒,必須使用吸塵器吸地,一下推託說公司說不能用,一下說吸塵器有味道(用完都不清理當然有味道),後來家人跟公司反應,才開始有持續使用(但只有有住人的房間樓層才有用)
2。一個上午3.5小時的工作時間,派兩位工作人員進來做,都在拖拉摸魚,不然就是做事沒有規則,除了表面上的擦拭及簡單的地板清潔外,其他都無法多做。上星期請他們多擦個玻璃,馬上就說那時間不夠,樓梯就沒辦法擦了。
3。 尊重專業,他們打掃時,我們都離開不干擾,但是好像給了方便當隨便,越打掃越髒。
剛擦完的地板(那位人員說她有擦)孩子馬上去爬,兩條小腿小腳馬上變黑的,所以再去問她有沒有擦?還在裝傻說: 我應該有擦啊!
(是失憶嗎?自己有沒有擦都不知道?)
然後自己才又去擦一次。還牽拖我們窗戶打開所以容易髒,不覺得很瞎嗎?
試問如果孩子沒去爬,是不是就不會發現她那段時間其實都在摸魚?
4。 今天更離譜,一個上午不知道摸什麼,到下班前半小時(11點),負責的清潔人員才要開始打掃最後一樓(兩房間一小客廳),結果,一個廁所洗了15分鐘,也不打算拿吸塵器來用,經要求,才去拿出來吸,也只有吸跟拖地我的房間,另一間房及客廳完全沒做就開始收東西要下班,整個地上抖落都是毛屑灰塵,我請他們來看,第一句話居然是 我們時間到了!!這是什麼意思???真的很讓人火大,時間拖拉掉,打掃不完,就算了?
滿地的屑屑當沒看到就要離開?
桌子滴到黏膩也沒擦,我乾脆自己拿抹布擦
真的是把我們客戶當凱子嗎?
我告訴他們,如果無法做可以說, 請你們公司來處理,兩個人才開始去拿吸塵器跟拖把來清理!
5。還有也是今天,工作時間,另一個人員是躲在另一房間廁所起碼15分鐘 且關門在裡面都沒聲音。
(那間廁所很少使用,根本不需要太多時間清潔)。
我坐在此層樓房間外面最少10分鐘,都沒聽到動靜,走到樓下也沒看到此工作人員,最後我打開房間門,更衣室門,到廁所門也是關(這些門我們平時都不關的,因為此房間無人住),我準備打開廁所門,裡面突然有聲音我才發現此人員關在廁所裡面,可能下班時間快到了,也可能聽到我開門動靜,過一下人就出來了,準備整理下班了!真的是讓我有夠傻眼...
來這邊看完評論後,發現原來也是有其他客戶跟我們差不多的狀況。

1. When I first came in, I was informed that there were babies and toddlers in the house and they must use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floor. I dodge the company and said that the vacuum cleaner is not available. Started to continue to use (but only the floor where there are occupants is useful)
2. During the 3.5-hour working time in the morning, two staff members were sent in to do it. They were both dragging and fishing. Otherwise, there are no rules in doing things. Except for wiping on the surface and simple floor cleaning, there is nothing else to do. I asked them to clean the glass last week, and immediately said that there was not enough time and the stairs could not be cleaned.
3. Respect for professionalism. When they cleaned, we left and did not interfere, but it seemed to be convenient to be casual, and the more they cleaned, the dirtier they got.
The floor that had just been wiped (the person said she wiped it) immediately, the child went to crawl, and the two legs and feet turned black immediately, so I asked her if she wiped it? Still pretending to be stupid and said: I should have wiped it!
(Is it amnesia? I don't know if I wipe it?)
Then I wiped it again. It also drags us to open the windows, so it is easy to get dirty, don’t you think it’s blind?
May I ask if the child did not go crawling, would he not find that she was actually fishing at that time?
4. Today was even more outrageous. I didn’t know what to touch in the morning. It was only half an hour before get off work (11 o’clock) that the cleaning staff in charge had to start cleaning the last floor (two rooms and a small living room). As a result, it took 15 minutes for one toilet to wash. I planned to use the vacuum cleaner. I took it out and sucked it upon request. I only sucked and mopped my room. The other room and the living room didn’t do anything at all and I started to collect things to get off work. The whole floor was shaken and it was dander dust. , I asked them to watch, the first sentence is that our time is up! ! What does it mean? ? ? It's really irritating, time is dragged off, and the cleaning can't be finished, so forget it?

The table was dripping sticky and didn't wipe it, I just wiped it with a rag by myself

I told them, if you can’t do it, you can ask your company to deal with it, and the two people started to take the vacuum cleaner and the mop to clean it up!
5. Also today, during working hours, another person hid in the toilet in another room for at least 15 minutes, and there was no sound when the door was closed.
(That toilet is rarely used and does not need much time to clean).
I sat outside the room on this floor for at least 10 minutes. I didn’t hear anything. I didn’t see the staff when I walked downstairs. Finally, I opened the door of the room, the locker room, and the toilet door. No, because there is no one in this room), I was about to open the toilet door, and suddenly there was a sound inside the toilet. I realized that this person was closed in the toilet. Maybe it was close to get off work time, or I could hear the movement of my door opening, and people came out after a while , Ready to tidy up and get off work! It really makes me dumbfounded...
