They roast the chickens the traditional aboriginal way, using the correct wood, etc. The locals get it whole with the head and feet attached. For us they chopped it up and kept the head and feet. They also have many sides and you get your own drinks from the cooler, which includes beer. The chicken was great. Of the sides we tried the bamboo shoots were the hit of ourselves and about everyone else, so next time more will be ordered. The deep fried shrimp was also quite good. You pay at the end. We would have no problem coming back.
