排骨肉有先醃過，用薄粉酥炸，軟嫩鹹香不錯吃! 三種附菜也調味的很剛好，惟咖喱的馬鈴薯塊有點不夠軟熟，整體而言不錯吃!

蝦仁炒泡麵也讓我驚艷，麵體Q彈、蝦仁飽滿！
附贈的菜頭湯也是用心熬煮，菜頭味濃郁！
唯一美中不足的是今天的麵跟菜頭湯有點鹹~配了不少水，不過還是瑕不掩瑜！
