預定了240的飲料，時間預定為18：30，
約14：42接到電話詢問是否是18：30取餐，
當下沒想太多回覆 對喔，然後電話結束，
晚上取餐時在櫃檯打開app出現已取餐，
詢問櫃台這單是怎麼了，還有接到電話詢問，
取到餐後沒想太多，回家才發現，
餐單貼紙 上面出餐時間是12：14，
所以我的冰沙被冰了六個多小時？
取餐時也沒告知客戶，感覺很差，冰沙都不冰沙了！
如果app訂餐要立刻取餐，那請不要可以選擇時間，不然飲料不都是被擺很久了嗎

If you want to pick up the food immediately when ordering with the app, please don’t choose the time, otherwise the drinks will be kept for a long time.
