點了兩份菜頭粿，特別跟店員強調一份正常熟度，一份要焦脆一點。
結果回家一吃，菜頭粿兩份都是粉粉、軟軟的，大失所望.....
I don’t recommend the restaurant’s Caitou Kuih. I don’t know if the ingredients are poorly selected? Or is the frying technique bad?
I ordered two pieces of Caitou Kueh, and I especially emphasized to the clerk that one portion is normal and the one should be crispy.
As a result, when I went home and ate it, the two servings of Caitou Kueh were all powdery and soft. I was disappointed.....
